Check out a yoga group or enroll in a dance class. Or think about giving kickboxing or boot camp a  go. The great thing about trying different classes is that you need not return to any you don't like, and you'll still be working out productively throughout the trial process.

    Try exercising during all of your favorite television shows in order to help you continue to lose weight. There are several exercises that can be done right in front of the TV without any thought including walking in place, jumping jacks or sit-ups. You can also try light weight training as you sit on the couch. If you are creative, you will always be able to find opportunities to exercise.

    If you control your breathing, it can help you improve your workouts. When doing situps or pushups, exhale while you are doing the hardest part. This forces your abs to contract and helps build them up faster.

    Keep up your workout routine on the weekends. Weekends should include some relaxation, but also some exercise. You never know what will happen during the week,  so make time to schedule work outs during weekend hours, too. Don't hurt all of your efforts by splurging on the weekends, you will never reach your fitness goals if you do this.
